About the artist
One of India's most decorated composers.
Ricky Kej is a three‑time GRAMMY Award winning composer and environmentalist whose work moves between Indian classical traditions, orchestral composition and global collaboration. His albums Winds of Samsara and Divine Tides both reached number one on the US Billboard charts.
He has performed at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, the UN Palais des Nations in Geneva, COP28 at the Dubai Opera House and the opening of the Cannes Film Festival, and has played for two Presidents of India.
For this tour he turns to Gandhi: a programme that reads the man through music rather than biography, built for audiences who know the story and audiences meeting it for the first time.
